It consists of planning a virtual surgery for a patient with skeletal-type malocclusions. Bimaxillary surgery moves the upper and lower jaw segments for which the maxillofacial surgeon uses two dental positioning guides. In addition, the maxillofacial surgeon can use modification of the chin position to project it and promote facial aesthetics and respiratory functionality with the elevation of the patient’s muscles.
