It consists of planning a virtual surgery for a patient with skeletal-type malocclusions. Bimaxillary surgery moves the upper and lower jaw segments for which the maxillofacial surgeon uses two dental positioning guides. In addition, the maxillofacial surgeon can use the modification of the chin position to project it and promote facial aesthetics and respiratory functionality with the elevation of the patient’s muscles and predict the cuts of his upper maxillary segment with a Lefort I cut guide. Also keep the important mandibular nerve through the sagittal cutting guides for more precision.
